Bristol Co-operative Gym is providing a free weekly fitness and exercise class.
The classes are open to men and women aged 18 or over who are currently navigating the UK asylum system.
Classes include exercises for any level of fitness.
The class will run at 3pm every Thursday starting on 1st February 2024.

The class will be held at Bristol Cooperative Gym, based on the second floor of Bricks Bristol in St Anne’s House.
