Primal Pilates Powerfully combine primal movement and Pilates to improve coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.

Gaining Flexibility Flexibility training allows us to access new ranges of motion and restore lost movement. Come and learn how to do this with strength and control.

Undoing Sitting Many modern jobs involve sitting down for long periods of the day. This can have profound negative affects on our flexibility and strength. In this session we undo some of these effects.
