This is an open session where you invited to turn up at any time during the two hours, though it’d be nice if you were around for all of it to encourage other lifters.
Equipment will be set up for deadlifting, squatting, olympic lifts and any other things you may like to attempt. In your own time, have a go seeing how much weight you can safely lift.
This is not a competition. You are not competing with other lifters. The aim is to test your maximal weights so you can measure progress and inform your next months of programming.
